onI am thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of your dealership's customer service experience, from the fellow who greeted me in the parking lot to the wonderful staffer (Mr. Bald was off that day.) who handled my account. I love the Cadillac brand and would love to stay with it. Unfortunately, you have outpaced my ability to keep up with your prices. In terms of service and professional work by your mechanics, I would definitely recommend you to others. But as to the costs, I would say: stay away if you don't want to get ripped off. Others I know say the same thing: they always find stuff wrong and how do we know? Sorry, but that's how I see it.
