Thank you Duane!

onI am very glad to have run into Duane Green when searching for my 4runner. Because we had never made such an expensive vehicle purchase before, I did an almost obsessive amount of research not just on vehicle pricing but also on the various dealer shenanigans that internet reviewers always mention when complaining about dealers. We also wanted a vehicle in a very hard to find color which left us open to potential pitfalls such as leaving a deposit that we may never get back. Duane was like a beacon of integrity and straight talk when it came to making our deal. After giving us a great price, he was unable to immediately find a vehicle in our color and option package. Duane promised that if we would wait one month that he would have the vehicle for us, and refused to take a deposit until he had an actual vehicle with VIN, etc. I do not know why I trusted this verbal agreement we had made with Duane, because at this point we were very aware of the intense pressure salespeople are under to make deals and promises at any cost. But sure enough, one month later and we are enjoying our beautiful 4 x 4 kid hauler and grocery getter! Many, many thanks for honoring our agreement and being a solid person in an industry that is not exactly known for its honesty and integrity!
