I've been dealing with this dealer for less than a year, and it feels like my whole life! I'll never deal with them again and if it wasn't for the fact that my contract was with them I wouldn't even go there for service. They sell [non-permissible content removed] used cars with extremely high mileage then don't own up to any of the problems they sell you your car with. Both of my cars the check engine light went on before 30 days was up! first car went though 2 transmissions and then they put me in another. I've dished out over $1000 since buying this second car!!! $500 whitin the first month! I am a college student who can barely afford the monthly payments let alone all this labor on a car that shouldn't have been givin to me in this condition. "I would buy this car for my daughter" I was told twice by the salesman. Yea, go ahead. They sell cars that basic maintenance wasn't kept up on before, but still sell them as if nothing was wrong. $6,000 car, 13k loan, and high monthly payments due to intrest. Not worth it, will never be back, wouldn't recommend. Honestly contemplating a law suit but is it worth it at this point?

I am very happy with my purchase from the used car department at Marina Dodge. The salesman was very attentive to my needs and helped me find the perfect car for me. I was also given the perfect monthly payment and warranty. I would definitely recommend the used car department at Marina Dodge again

Me and my wife bought a truck on Saturday from Marina. Received a call on Monday saying "great news we saved you thousands of dollars, come in to sign the new paper work". Only to find out they could not agree to the deal we signed on the previous Saturday which made our payments substantially larger per month. We asked to speak to the Sales Manager. He was incredibly rude to my wife and was no help at all. Oh wait, he offered to give us $250 more for our trade, G wizz thanks Dave! This was not our first purchase from Marina but it will be our last. There is plenty of other dealerships in the area. Don't waste the gas pulling into the parking lot. That reminds me I was told I would get a free fill up...... that didn't happen.

Dealership found a car in another state. (Good) Salesman Charlie was uninterested in delivery. Basically handed me the keys and showed where the car was parked and said if I have any questions to call him. Then he left. (Not good). Never again

Most businesses, today, bend over backwards to earn your respect and provide you with a quality product in exchange for your hard earned money. This place is just the opposite. Our experience with them was.... 1. Bait and switch 2. Strong arm sales 3. Threats 4. Non-professional behavior 5. Poor customer service In reading these other comments, I feel very sorry for this business, it's owner, and management. It's tough enough to maintain loyal customers and these folks just don't have a clue.

This dealership uses every dirty tactic to sell cars. They mis-price cars on the internet to get you in the door and put a down payment and then try to rush the paperwork so you don't notice the price of the car marked at $995 in the internet is really $2,000, and half of that is for a "warranty"! They have no problem taking your down payment after you never even bought a car because they were so sneaky. They offered $200 for a trade in on our car...what is that??? I can donate it for more than that! Don't ever go here. There are other horror stories all over the internet. I am going to the BBB, too.

This place is the worst. You know the jokes about lying, sneaky car salesmen? This is where they work and live! I've never been treated so badly. We've been back and forth for 4 nights in a row and each time we've been there for 1-2 hours!!! Each time there is just one piece of paperwork that's not right and we're needed back 'just one more time'. Now they're trying to change the loan, yet again even after we signed the papers. I would never, ever come here again and I will warn everyone that I know to STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. Don't believe anything that anyone connected with this dealership tells you because they all lie, cheat and steal! They are truly [violative content deleted] in every sense of the word.

I bought my second hand dodge neon sxt from Marina Dodge more than a year ago with limited budget.Micheal Mccauley and John Gabriele picked it for me. I loved it from the first second I saw it. A year passed and I run more than 10,000 miles on it with trouble free. This car gives me mpg about 29~31city/33~37hwy.I'm very satisfied. People at Marina Dodge are nice. I like this dealership.
