It's all good with their lies until they get you into the finance office, that's where it all goes down the drain with their bigger lies and the fake fees just to get you back to the high price they had before you negotiated a better price. Be ready to walk away, I know that I should've. Be strong and don't pay for any bogus fees and walk away... They'll come back crawling like the [non-permissible content removed] they are.

Your commitment to your work, craft, and respect of our bottom lines to prevent undue hardship on our family, is commendable. You both understood our family needs and our financial limitations. Thank you for spending so much time with us to make sure we left with two cars without feeling cheated or taken to the bank. You both allowed us to ask questions, question the numbers, question the deal, and never gave up on us. On January 13,2018 I was greeted outside by car salesperson Frida. She was very welcoming and professional throughout the whole buying process on this date. With further assistance from the Mike in the finance department I was able to drive away in a 2015 Toyota RAV4. I'm most grateful for the pleasant and positive experience on this date. Island Kia was very friendly they even let me bring my dog in the showroom because it was a hot day and gave him water. The sale person was kind and very patient and not with I could not make up my mind I took a very long time but Idid buy a suv and love it.

Both associates that helped me, Vincent Crispino and Jimmy, were excellent. They both answered every question I had and helped come to reasonable price. Also I must've missed it when I checked the car but there was a small chip in the drivers door and Vinny told me to just bring it in whenever I get a chance and he'll have them fix it. Great service at Kia.

The most thing I like in Island Kia is customer service, everybody greeting customer with a warm smile and very friendly talk especial Mr. Ricardo Caranez. My family and I had a very good time dealing with him before and after I bought the car, every members in my family feel totally satisfy with our experience in Island Kia and I'm so happy that I choosed Island Kia is the dealer to bought my Sportaste 2017. It was easy with no pressure all. Vincent was awesome as well as professional. It was a few hours to get it all done but It was worth the wait. I love my car. I have to go back to have them fix a mark on my bumper.

I was finally able to lease or buy a car without feeling like someone was pulling my teeth out. George was my salesman and Frank was the general manger . I told them what car I wanted and the options I was looking for. They came back with a great price so i didn't have to spend hours haggling and was able to clearly explain how they reached those numbers. Overall a great experience. Thank you guys much appreciated. See you shortly for my second car.

Worth the trip- Excellent Service - In 7:30pm and out 9:20pm

Island Kia went above my expectation for excellent service from the Internet Representative (Christine), to the Sales Representative (Krystal), the Manager and Finance Director. Using True Car I found out that Island Kia had a Kia Soul + that I was looking for. I arrived at the dealer at 7:30 pm, met with Krystal who was friendly and professional. She showed me the car, which just came off the truck - went for a test drive and decided to purchase the car. The car had just arrived to the dealer and was not logged into the inventory. The Manager ran my credit, entered the car, while Krystal prepared all the documents including contacting Geico. Staff explained each step and made the car buying experience simple and easy to understand. I highly recommend Island Kia, It's staff and look forward to purchasing another vehicle from this location.
