The internet sales guy who I was dealing with promised he would return to me the Sirius cables and hardware from my trade which they were going to remove. After the sale I sent numerous E-Mails to the salesmen who always replied he had to check with the department who took out the satellite radio equipment. This went on through 4 or 5 E-Mails, Each time same answer but never received my equipment back. After 2 months I really told the salesmen what I thought of him. He replied with some of the rudest and disrespectful language I have ever heard from a car dealership. When I replied to his rude comments I also CC’d the Sales manager who I never heard back from either. I never received my equipment back which cost me about $150.00 to replace for a different car. SARATOGA HONDA sales people will be very nice to you BEFORE the sale BUT AFTER the sale they don’t want you to KNOW you.
