Smithtown Acura fixed my transmission at more than 1/2 the price

onI have a 2001 MDX and has 124830 miles.
My transmission broke; the local repair shop wants $4500+ to fix the problem.
I took the car to Smithtown Acura and they were able to contact the manufacturer and got a partial credit and my final cost was $1886.88.
Acura should get the credit for standing behind their products but without Smithtown Acura I would not be able to get this done at such reduced price.
Smithtown Acura is little out of my way so I had brought the car to other Acura Dealers for services.
Smithtown Acuras services are way better than other Acura dealers.
Even Smithtown Acura is out of my way but I still prefer to bring my car to them for services.
