Since 1996 I've owned 5 Acuras. I may have not bought all from this dealership and all of them might have not been brand new but it's suffice to say I truly love the quality and care put into these cars. Now without a good sales/service team at the dealership to offer support when needed the best product will fall short in any consumers eyes. Smithtown Acura provides exactly that, from there friendly and helpful sales team to their knowledgeable service techs, I've never left the dealership with any apprehension. When buying my new 2003 RSX, the process was painless and smooth. At the time of purchasing my new 2006 RSX I was unable to find the exact color and specs I desired at the Smithtown due limited inventory(RSX was out of production) but the sales person pointed me in the direction of another Acura dealership that had what I wanted. This showed me the caliber of people working there. Needless to I left Smithtown Acura that day and was impressed and satisfied. I brought that 2006 RSX to be serviced at Smithtown. Most recently I've purchased certified-used 2007 TSX, when going in there I told the sales person generation, exterior/interior color I wanted, within the hour I was signing and took delivery thennext morning. Overall I consider Smithtown Acura my home dealership regardless where I buy my vehicle. I look forward to my next experience with them.
