Ricardo N initiated the business by calling me (my old lease was near its expiration date). He took plenty of time for me to show me the new car and waited very patiently, until I had made up my mind to take the offer for a new lease. A couple of days later he walked me - just as patiently - through the activities for the car switch. The whole transaction was executed in such a friendly manner that it was actually fun. ___________________ UPDATE I was approached very quickly by the Customer Service Marketing Officer and he was eager to make things right. I have since received a check for $100. The remaining $92 (of the $192 I didn't expect to pay) was in fact attributable to additional DMV-related fees and I have no problem being out that additional $92. Excellent customer service.
