I leased my 2019 Optima EX from Jeff . This is my third Optima and the fourth car that I purchased or leased from Karp Auto. I never had to haggle with them. Jeff goes out of his way to make you comfortable. The dealership in general is just great. Now that my lease is over I am going to buy the car as it in great shape and never a bit of trouble.

Best Car Buying Process in my 33 Years of Life

Michael Rosenberg went above and beyond to accommodate me. I went in hating the car buying process and left loving the experience. I am going to follow Michael to whatever dealership he goes to. Seriously the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Also, Julio (Sales Manager) was so down to earth and cool. Easy experience with him too. Even the finance manager was easy to work with. From the top down it was awesome. I love the car, the dealership and the people!

It was a no pressure experience , I walked in , I actually had to seek out the sales personnel, one greeted me/us at the door ( I had fam members with me) but after that, I had to seek out ...nice...except ( I forgot his name ) when I actually came back and purchased the car , the gentleman ..purchasing agent I will call him , actually got very aggressive in a time of voice to my aunt ..I was in the office alone , asking questions about all kinds of coverage for the car , and my aunt walked in and asked a question ...agent said in a VERY ANGRY TONE “I’m talking to Doreen , NOT you” ...she did not say anything so not to cause a scene , because we both love this dealership , she and my uncle had purchased and presently lease kia from Karp.

The best Kia dealership on the Island

Karp Kia is great. My wife Karen and I just bought a 2018 Sedona LX. We first went to the East Meadow dealership to get a sense of the purchase cost. They tried several hard-sale tatics, even though we told them upfront we were just shopping. We then went to Peter at Karp Kia. We told him what we wanted. It was a pleasurable experience, and we wounded up saving $2K compared to East Meadow’s deal. Peter is a pro, just like when we purchased a 2017 Sportage from Karp Kia.
