Mercedes-Benz of Rochester

I've recently purchased two vehicles from this dealership with big time issues, one having transmission issues and the other bumper, seals and navigation... can't even get a break. I have to say this is the worst experience EVER! I should have bought something different, Mercedes being the wrong choice. The people that I have been dealing with have been horrible, one issue after another and no calls back. It's too bad I have to bring my car in every other week and get stared at like "oh what's he doing here again" It's a crying shame. Thanks Dan, Ray and Mathew for a bad experience:)
