The service staff were courteous and friendly. My only issue is I purchased the truck used and put less then 5,000 miles on the truck and already had a $460 bill.

Good overall experience

Only issue is that the repair was done on the spare tire lowering device (which was originally screwed up by another dealership which would have left me unable to change a flat tire). The mechanic that did the repair never bothered to check the air pressure in the spare,a minor detail to be sure but it's something that should have been done. Tire pressure was 22 psi. Other than that I'm very satisfied with Healy service and will return again.

Above average service at a great price

The work was done quickly and very inexpensive and they notified me of a coming recall and that the part would be ordered and I would be notified when it was ready. The total time I waited was about 30 mins for something that has taken at least an hour before both at the dealer and at another garage. I was very pleased with both the work and the cost.

Fantastic Buying Experience with Paul Venditti

I came in on Saturday November 7 to look at the 2016 Colorado's and Paul Venditti immediately took us under his wing. Within 20 minutes he had us test driving all the models of Colorado's. With a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the vehicles he helped get me into the truck that would best fit my needs. I could not have asked for a better, stress free buying experience. It was a pleasure doing business with Healey Chevy.

2015 silverado

Experience at Healey was great, and have always been treated very well however, I highly believe the dealership has reached it's match of solutions regards to the lemon like Silverado I own that is not so great. I have never been so dissatisfied the drivability of a truck.I owned many trucks and this particular 2014 built truck is just terrible. I am agressively and desperately eager to trade it in asap when the 2016 crew is available just to sleep at night.Again I would recommend anyone to Healy, its the particular truck that's the issue Regards Kenny tonge

My experience was wonderful! Everyone went above and beyond for me, from understanding when I could only communicate over email due to my school schedule to pushing to get me financing, they were amazing! Paul was wonderful! He was so understanding and he worked so hard to get me the best deal. The best part, the day I went to pick up my car and sign the papers I was in and out within an hour. I am grateful for my car leasing experience, can't say thank you enough.

Ms Minet was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to point out the changes between our 2013 model and our new acquisition. She was also extremely helpful in getting the insurance certificate from our carrier and in getting the vehicle registered within a short period of time so that we could drive away immediately. We were very pleased with her assistance and would not hesitate to recommend her to someone looking for a new car.
