This is the worst Car dealership I have ever bought a car from in 30 years of car ownership. There is a bait and switch mentality between the service and the sales organizations that lead to unnecessary repairs and charges. They play good cop bad cop to get you to purchase things you don't need and provide bad information on your vehicle to entice you to trade it in for a new car. Trust me, these people are dishonest, do no even thinink about buying anything from this dealership, they will riip you off and they ahve the system down so that you will think they are giving you a great deal.

Unscrupulous Dealership! Buyer Beware!

I placed a security deposit with Pleasantville Ford, New York, to buy a new car. When I later tried to cancel the purchase and get a refund, as was my right to do so, the dealership started lying and stalling me about all kinds of delays and sad stories. They were actually waiting for the car to be manufactured and delivered, so that I would become liable for it! Now I am taking them to court to get my money back! Don't make the mistake of using them like I did!!!
