Stefan was OUTSTANDING. My journey was interrupted multiple times by medical issues on my end. I had to cancel and reschedule multiple times. During these interruptions, Stefan was very concerned for my health — non aggressive and genuine; he cultivated our relationship with kindness, concern, and follow through that is rarely given or shown nowadays. Stefan is THE reason I purchased the car. He paid attention to what I wanted and kept vigil for just the perfect, “exact match” for me. I will recommend him to my circle, and plan on him serving his top level expertise to me again with my next car.

It's appalling to think that a dealer will not honor a warranty. Although they are more than happy to hand you a bill for $2,000, only to find you are covered, and then say there isn't a problem! Another issue I had was the dealer broke my back wiper arm, and they refused to replace it or admit they broke it! I have read a lot of reviews and it is shocking to realize how little pride or justice fits into the realm of top CEO companies!!

Excellent customer service

Salesperson, Mark, was extremely accommadating. I have very specific vehicle needs and limited time available with my job, so he drove the vehicle to me to test drive, arranged the modifications that had to be made, then delivered the truck. There were a few issues afterwards and he took care of those quickly. As a woman, I was treated with the utmost respect and listened to. This was a very professional experience. Thank you.

They did an oil change. I delivered my car, they took me home and came and got me when I was ready. I have been dealing with them 2 1/2 years and will return in six months when my lease runs out for another car.
