Lousy deal on a what I thought was a nice truck!!

I recently purchased what I thought was a nice GMC truck. After owning it for a couple weeks I noticed rust streaks on both corners of the back of the truck. Apparently coming from under the cap that was on the truck when I bought it. I returned to the dealership to show the salesman the problem. He told me it had to have happened in just the few weeks I owned it. Then I was directed to the service manager. I told him what the salesman had said and he just shook his head. Anyone in there right mind would now different. He told me he would look into it and call me. I waited two days and never received a call. So, I called the salesman and he let me know that they were not going to do anything because the cap had caused it. I went on to tell him I am a disabled person and this was an expensive purchase and never thought Bokmans would be so shady. I told all my friends and had them tell all their friends to be damn careful what you buy from them.

Wiley Minges was my salesman. I can not say enough good things about his professionalism and knowledge. I explained what I was looking for (4x4, seats 6, can tow 9,000 lb camper a few times a summer) and he explained my options and didn't try to sell me over my needs. He made the process quick smooth and easy. Everyone we passed greeted us with a smile and a hello at least. I have and will recommend him as well as Rick Bokman to anyone and everyone. It was by far an enjoyable experience.

We received superb support and advice from Mike Bokman and Troy Brenneman during the stressful days after our 7 month old Terrain was totaled in an accident. They went the extra mile to hold, for a significant time, new car that perfectly met our needs. The purchase negotiation was also fair and stress free.

way to low on trade-ins

was looking for new 2013 acadia went there cause its local gmc dealer did not want to give me fair price for my trade in was $3000 less than other bigger dealer went to bigger dealer and got full amount (kbb value) and got acadia with more options also found me $1000 in rebates bokman didnt so go to bigger dealers for better price
