They fixed another dealership’s mistake

I had an issue with my vehicle and called the dealership I purchased my vehicle through. The other dealership wouldn’t even listen. Mastel Ford listened to my concerns, evaluated the problem and fixed it. The process took longer than I wanted, but that WAS NOT their fault. There was red tape that had to be cut through. Mastel kept me appraised of what was going on and was very understand.

Took car in for oil change. Mastel always looks everything over. 3 items needed attention and the consequences of not having the work done was explained. They were not pushy and I took the car home to think about it before calling them back to make a follow up appointment. They were able to get me in promptly.

Oil change and nys inspection

It was OK. They tried to pressure me into changing my brakes. I did not appreciate that. When I asked questions they treated me like I was not smart enough to understand and really tried to push me and tell me my brakes were unsafe. If they were unsafe it would not have passed inspection, and I had a second opinion done over the weekend who let me know there was no reason to change my brakes yet.
