I decided to trade in my Chevy Cruze for a new 2014 Cruze and the process could not have gone more smoothly...I prefer a manual transmission which had to be located by the dealership...both Shawn (manager) and Frank( finance) were easy to work with...they cared about what I wanted and with a bit of effort found the car I was looking for... I was approved for financing prior to making the deal...but they also offered to check on a better interest rate for me...no pressure...just an option... The negotiations on the sales and trade price were smooth and stress free...I made the trade and purchase with a good feeling know my deal was the right one for me... I purchased my family's third Chevy Cruze from Fuccillo. It is my second time dealing with Frank and each time he has been very helpful and easy to work with. We spoke about a vehicle, changed our minds on the Cruze model before we got there and once we were on the lot, changed it again. Each time Frank worked with us to make the entire sales process easy. He reworked the numbers, set up test drives and was very patient with us. It was the easiest car purchase I have made to date. I was recently at Fuccillo Chevrolet of Nelliston and I had the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. They were all very friendly. My salesman was Gregg. He helped me find the car I've been looking for and he made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Even though I bombarded him with questions, he took his time and educated me as much as possible about the car. I have not purchased the car yet, but I'm definitely going to be buying from them soon. They are the best dealer ship I've ever dealt with and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car.

I recently just purchased a new vehicle from the Fucillo Chevrolet of Nelliston dealer. This was my first time buying new and was overwhelmed with a million questions I had to ask. The sales person , Greggory B., answered every question I had with very educating responses and patients. He really made sure I was educated about all my options available before making my decision. He went above and beyond for me and even most likely going out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted/needed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for buying my first car and now have high expectations for the next time I will buy a car with my new knowledge on the business. Gregg was so professional and kind and ready to bend over backwards to make sure he matched whatever you were looking for. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Gregg as a sales person to any of my friends and family. Thank you for my great experience !!

When I arrived for my appointment I had schedule at Fuccillo Chevrolet I was greeted energetically and with a "huge" smile by my salesman, Gregg B. He was very polite, respectuful, and he listened to me attentively. Not only did Gregg make my car buying experience one of the best, the entire crew at the Chevy store were very helpul. Everybody was so energetic and in such a good mood. I feel like they were striving to make my car buying experience the best possible! Its almost like I was a part of the Fuccillo Chevrolet of Nelliston Family when I was there. Well actually now according to them, since I bought my Cruze, I am part of the Fuccillo Chevy Family. I also wanted to give a quick shout out to the sales manager Shawn, and finance manager George. Along with Gregg, they were vey helpful with giving me all the information I needed to help make my decision on purchasing a new vehicle. Not often am I able to walk into a car dealership and then leave, remember every person I spoke with's name. I also send one of my family members down there a few weeks later because they were interested in purchasing a new vehicle, and as soon as they had got done with their appointment they called me to thank me for setting them up with a phenomenal sales team. I can honestly say Fuccillo Chevrolet of Nelliston has earned a couple of loyal customers. It may not mean much to some, but to us it meant the world to be treated like actual people when we were at the dealership. Thanks again guys!! You were Great!

From my first experience at Fuccillo Chevrolet with a contest to my purchase of a vehicle, things could not have gone easier, more simply, more professionally or pleasantly. My sales rep Jeremy and the sales manager Shawn are pros in every sense of the word and they back that up with attentive, no pressure sales information. I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a new Chevrolet. It is nice to know that there are still places where the customer experience is number 1 and not just a slogan.
