Terrible service department

I brought my car in for service there was a wire hanging. They said they plugged it back in and that it may or may not work. When I went to tow my trailer I noticed that the lights did not work. After looking under the truck I noticed they never re connected it. I brought it back they told me everything was fine. I was ask by the service advisor to crawl under the car and disassemble the part so she could see what I was talking about. After she saw it I was told that they would have the part and install it the following week. After a week no call back nothing I asked to speak with the service manager never returned my call. Apparently the techs they have there do not do there jobs. The pictures speak for themselves. I would give no stars if I could.

This is fun.

It’s fun finding all the different places on the internet to leave a review on how terrible this dealership is. Instead of this dealership making good on a $200.00 Tonneau cover on a truck sale of $40,000 they would rather blow me off. “Sorry the cover didn’t cone in”. Seriously I ordered one and it came in 4 days. You had three weeks. I much rather write a review on how terrible this place is for the next 20 years anyway. “We can offer you a free oil change”. -sorry based off of your already shady sales tactics and forgetful service I rather have some guy in a Wallmart parking lot service my car then trust you animals with my vehicle.

Scratched door

Just brought 4 month old truck in for basic service (i.e. oil change tire rotation) and get the truck back with nice scratch on the door. Then i get the feeling they are trying to tell me they only had it a few minutes so how could it be them. They did offer to have body guy try to repair but being a Saturday he's not there. i would have to schedule a time to drop it off and then who knows what i'm getting, total inconvenience. Typical if you want something done right you do it yourself scenario. Check your car before you leave.

Steve O. was great! Made the whole leasing process super easy and fast. He took the time to answer all of our questions, showed us all the bells and whistles that came with our vehicle and explained how they worked. He also hooked up our Bluetooth, XM radio and On Star services. A++++

Great Repair shop

Heidi was of great help while our car was being repaired. She communicated with us about issues, and we were not pressured into anything. Very pleasant experience thanks to Heidi. They are professional and are car is running great.

Excellent Service Department

The men working the counter in the service department, Steve & Nick, bent over backwards to help me with my 2015 Corvette. Polite and concerned with helping solve the problem (which ended up not being a problem), they helped me understand the difference between different vehicles heated seats. I have a 2016 Equinox and 2015 Corvette and the Equinox has toaster grid heated seat (which roasts your fanny) and the Corvette blows hot air (warms not roasts).

New Lease

The oil change and NYS inspection on my 2015 SS Camaro were done for me at no charge. I called for an appointment and got one for the very next day. The service department here is head and shoulders better than the previous dealership that I used and also the dealership that I purchased my wife's Buick Encore from.

Oil change

Had an oil change and while I was there Michelle informed me there was also a recall that they would be able to take care of also while I was there. She is very pleasant and Profesional to deal with. A definite asset for the service department.

All the people who serviced my car at Chevy 112 were fabulous. They made sure I was informed about what was being done to my car, and how they were handling what was being done. Heidi Schmidt was extremely helpful in getting me a loaner car and keeping me informed of what was going on with it. The tech who worked on my car, # 547, did a wonderful job of making sure my radio and GPS were working properly. He talked with Sirius radio for about 25 minutes to have them program my radio the right way. I thank thel both very much, they did a great job.

Great Dealership

I recently purchased a 2016 Traverse from Chevy 112 in Medford NY. My salesperson was very thorough and knowledgeable. There Finance person was easy to work with and took his time to explain what was needed/why. And they put me in touch with an All State Rep who saved me $$ on my insurance so it was a great experience.

Horrible Customer Service. Borderline Fraud!

Save yourself from frustration and stay clear of this dealer. The sales process was fine, but the customer service after the sale was horrible. Their actions bordered on fraud. I purchased a $2,000 extended warranty on the car only to learn that it wasn’t valid. Even though the insurer of the warranty returned the premium to Chevy112, they dragged out returning the money to me. After over 3 months and 25+ phone calls, I had to drive 3 hours each way to get my refund in person. Todd from the Finance Dept was absolutely useless. This may have been the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my entire life.
