Buyers beware !!! This review could be pages long but I’ll try keep it short as I have wasted enough of my time dealing with this incompetent Keeler bmw dealership and service [non-permissible content removed] Basically went to purchase a pre owned bmw and it was a nightmare for start to finish ( actually never finished or drove away with the vehicle) as it was not safe and the service center was unable to fix the issue in 3 attempts despite them knowing issues with all wheel drive system before they sold us vehicle .Finally with just cancelled the the whole transaction and wasted hours dealing with sales, finance and management. This was going be my sons first car graduation gift ... such disappointment in a potential future bmw or keeler customer .. I have purchased many luxury vehicles at this dealership and I can’t say they where ever great .. but what dealership really is ?? But this issue was beyond acceptable and actually fraudulent.. trying to pass along a vehicle that was unsafe traction control and abs brake system... good thing I have experience working on these vehicle.. or I would have been completely ”. Ripped off”” I understand the profit margins these places need . But in the end they lost me , my friends, and any one I can share this experience with. And on last note .. after the sale and before my son drove off the lot and entire dash board lit up .. sales man was gone !! And when I had go find him explain problem still there after 3 attempts fix it . I got “ not my problem “ attitude when all paperwork work was signed. I never write reviews but I wanted to warn the general public of this place and people they have employed there ..

Awesome, Easy & Enjoyable

Walked in on a Saturday and met with the sales associate Augie. Happened to have the X5 I was looking for and within 2 hours we had the deal done. Fair, Straightforward and Easy. Took delivery of the vehicle 3 days later and had an awesome vehicle feature training from Sarah W. Follow up from both has been perfect. Love the vehicle and the whole experience was enjoyable. Thanks for making it easy.

Car buying at it's simplest and finest!

Since I moved back home to Utica NY about 6 years ago my experiences with car dealerships in the area were mediocre at best. I am the friend in that everyone calls when they are buying a car so I deal with car dealerships about 4 to 5 times per year. The most I get from these friends are meals and maybe a drink or 2. I have 100% absolutely found the only BMW dealership that I will work with in the future. Augie Prager was my salesperson and Joe helped me when Augie was momentarily busy. These 2 gentlemen are phenomenal at what they do. They even bent over backwards for this to be a surpise and played along. I have been a part of purchasing over 50 vehicles and this was at the top of the list of best experiences. I hate having to get an offer from the dealer, then counter offer, then they counter the counter offer, then you have to leave, then get a quote, then they match the quote, then they tell you they will beat it by 5 or 6 dollars. Who wants to go through all of that. I told them what I was looking for, they found it, got me at the price I wanted to be at and the rest is history. If you are looking for a quality dealer and quality service go hear ASAP.

I recently leased my third straight vehicle from Keeler BMW. Augie Prager was my sales adviser each time. Going forward, I will work with nobody else. Augie is as knowledgeable and professional as they come, but even more importantly he treats you like you are a friend. My experience was enjoyable from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with the process, the deal that I received, and my car in general. Thanks again, Augie!

This was hands down the most fun I have ever had buying a car, the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with, the fairest price I have ever paid, and the nicest car I have ever owned -- a win-win-win-win!!!! My beloved 2011 BMW X3 was one of Boston Feb. 8 black ice casualties. I wanted a CPO deep blue X3 with a beige interior and all the bells and whistles, just like the car I lost. BMW's exquisite Deep Sea Blue is not a popular color (what is WRONG with you people 😉??) I started with my Boston area dealerships, expanded my search to NH and RI, and finally went online and looked at 100's of cars within 200 miles of Boston. I finally found my dream car at Keeler BMW -- for 5k less than the runner up! So I called Keeler, and Augie (August Prager), the kindest, most helpful, most fun salesperson imaginable, answered the phone. We went over the specifics, and his car was indeed perfect, as was the price. We were able to do the deal easily from a distance, and, within a week, I was hopping an Amtrack for Pittsfield MA. Augie drove 1hr from Latham NY to Pittsfield, where he met me on the Amtrack station plateform. We put my old plates on my new car, I signed a few papers, and I was off to Boston -- with the Stewart's cookies, English muffin, and adorable BMW teddy bear Augie had waiting for me in the back seat. My car is PERFECT, as was this entire experience. I will be hopping trains for Pittsfield from now on whenever I need a new car. Augie and Keeler BMW, you have earned a customer for life! Thank you!!!

Setting the standard for Capital District Car Sales

I have had numerous experiences with car dealerships throughout the Capital District, and none compare to the one I have had with Keeler. When I initially became a customer of Keeler BMW I was hoping to get out of a Nissan lease; the car I was driving was poorly manufactured, unsafe and unappealing, additionally, it was clear that was this companies leases, and vehicles were created with poor, merciless and manipulative business tactics. The staff at Keeler were understanding, welcoming, genuine and respectful. The sales staff, and business members I worked with were conscientious of my time, predicament and financial situation. Ron, Augie and Drew listened to my needs and made sure that I left with a safe, affordable, reliable, and attractive vehicle. Prior to driving off the lot I also had the pleasure of working with Jen; she was personable, kind, intelligent and forthcoming with the business end of my transaction, answering all of my questions and ensuring that I understood the "lingo" of car sales, as well as my financial documents. Since my purchase with Keeler BMW my car has been everything I have expected and hoped. The service department is accommodating and thorough, assisting me in maintaining my vehicle inside and out. The sales and business staff I worked with continue to call or email me personally every couple of months to confirm that I am happy, and taken care of (without being excessive or bordering on solicitation, which in my opinion is rare). In the several months that have passed, I have suggested Keeler BMW to numerous family members and friends, their experiences are consistent and similar. Today I have a driveway full of beautiful, reliable and well made vehicles, and a house full of happy customers and I couldn't thank the staff at Keeler BMW enough for that.
