We went in for new Grand Cherokee 4x4. We left that same day with new vehicle with trade in and plates all complete. Our sales representative Ashley spent the time to help us know all about vehicle, taught us how to use controls. Very satisfied. Paul the sales manger reviewed the warranty options available and we selected a extended one that fit our needs and budget. Very good experience. We self financed so do not know about F&I dept.
