I reached out via email and got connected with Aaron Caswell. I been looking around at other Chevy dealerships and other manufacturers. Aaron gave me the best deal I could find. He was on top of everything and very personable to deal with . I liked that he communicated with me via text. It made the process a lot easier for me. I am so happy with my Equinox I didn’t think I would be so obsessed with a car. 100000000/10 he deserves all the praise and recognition! One of the best car salesmen I have dealt with!!!

Frustrated!!!!!! Screwed!!!!@

My car after 1109.00 is still overheating and losing coolant. The two things I brought it for are still doing the same things. I got no satisfaction from the service Mgr. Why did you do that much work if that was not the problem. No one can explain that to me. My car is still not FIXED! I am FUSTERATED! I feel robbed.

I went to Paddock Chevrolet on 04/26/23 due to me finding a nail in the front passenger tire. At first I was told I would have to leave my SUV overnight or come back in the morning due to the work load. Then the Service Advisor Jerauld Genova advised me that he could slip me in and have the tire repaired before the end of the day's business and that it would be approximately an hour to an hour and a half. He was good to his word and I was able to leave that day with my tire repaired.

I loved determination of my salesperson to make what I wanted a reality and a possibility. Anything I had an issue with she found a way to work with it. The dealership is beautiful, clean, open and friendly. The finance staff was very knowledgeable and quick, and the variety of vehicles is outstanding.
