Our experience with Byron Miller and his whole team has been a very positive experience. From a customer perspective they are knowledgeable, professional, experienced, courteous, responsive, attentive, friendly, proactive, and just plain awesome. Their number one goal is to satisfy the customer. Our transmission died and we limped into Chenango Ford. They went out of their way to help us with a financially serious problem. They advised us and helped us make decisions at a time we truly needed help. Of their own accord they arranged financing. What started out to be devastating for us, turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We ended up with a fantastic car. They follow up and continue to serve us. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 15.

Bought two vehicles from Will in their sales department. Took excellent care of us and was really helpful. He came up with some things that saved us quite a bit of money by fixing us up with discounts offered through other organizations that are affiliated with Ford. Their service department has been always fast and thorough. I have complete faith in them to do a good job. When I'm looking for a Ford I don't even bother considering anyone else.
