North Shore Honda

My wife and I purchased a CRV last Saturday! We are both busy I am a NYC fire fighter, my wife a Physcians Assitant at St Francis Hospital! We called were transferred to Jay a sales consultant who warmly offered his services on Saturday after we chatted about the car we were interested in! We set an appointment and promptly appeared at 11! The car performed as we knew it would but the retailing was not to our standards and it was sent back to their detail department! Now the fun part we had to meet the finance director! I don't like anyone who wants my money. Well to our delight we meet Richard Cirami! A gentleman and sharp as a tack! He put a loan package in place with our excellent credit and added a Honda Care warranty plus total tire and wheel protection! Got us a great rate and after he put the finishing touch on the paperwork he handed it to his billing department and told us on 15 minutes you will be ready to roll! Offering us a cup of coffee and a few donuts we sat and chatted about life! Fifteen minutes later we had all the paperwork presented to sign and everything was exactly as he said it would be! He thanked us wished us many happy motoring days and walked us to Jay who was waiting to show us the car! What a great experience! Seem less and honest from beginning to end! Thank you!
