Went to purchase a 2013 certified accord coupe, worse buying experience ever!! NS Honda agreed upon the price of the car (after a review by different managers) with a trade in and while waiting for paperwork, we were told 30 mins later that the GM refused to do the deal because they would not make enough profit, when asked to speak to him, was told he doesn't speak to customers. Meanwhile they add on over 1100k in handling and shipping fees on top of the price, inflate the finance rate even if you have stellar credit and make you sign a waiver to pay the inflated rate for 7 months or the penalty is an early termination fee, they even tak on add ons like extended warranties to entice you with what is still a high rate but lower than the rate if you don't get the extras. You have to ask for the cost of these add ons which is not up front which is deceptive hoping you don't ask. Salesperson was great, but caught in the middle of this fiasco because of the shady policies. Buying a car should not be this painful - bought cars from other Honda delears and Acura dealers where everything was up front including finance - never, never would recommend or go there again I suggest you don't either. In fact a woman was trying to buy a car for the advertised price and couldn't because of the add on pricing so she walked out, I should have to!!
