Van Buren GMC and Enzo customer service

Our GMC truck broke down on New Years Eve 10:30 am on our way back from NY to Indianapolis. After calling several repair shops we called Van Buren GMC and Enzo the Service advisor spoke to us and told us to come right over. After reassuring us and completing the repairs in 2 1/2 hours we were back on the road to Indianapolis. Thank you Enzo and the team at Van Buren.

Fast friendly service! Greeted with a smile, waiting area was VERY clean, told our car would be done in about 45 minutes & it was. We talked about how good the service was for days after. No complaints at all. A+++

My experience at Van Buren continues on a positive note with Colleen McCue, Wonderful Service Adviser, and Walter Meyer, Mechanic, First Class. Being able to service a vehicle is an important aspect of ownership. With Colleen and Walter, this GM dealer provides world class service with that 'home town' , personal communication basis. This is my first GM vehicle in a long time but I now recommend GM because of the service I receive at Van Buren. Colleen, Walter and Van Buren are a model for other dealerships. Joe Montenegro is fantastic. He took a lot of time explaining things and made the process easy and enjoyable. This is the second Yukon Denali I have purchased from him and will not be the last. Very happy with the overall experience. This is how the car buying experience should be.

Colleen McCue, Asst. Service Manager and Walter Meyer, Mechanic, have been providing personalized,quality service for my 2012 Acadia for a few years now. They both communicate very well. Since I travel a great distance for their service, Colleen respects my time and provides optimum scheduling and discusses work needed. Walter personally discusses what was done and what needs to be done (next time front brake pads) The vehicle runs well. The A/C system is being looked into now and it was fully explained to me. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable. They even have low fat milk for the coffee! A great dealership, model for all GM dealerships. Thank you, Arthur F.

My overall experience at Van Buren was very good. Sales staff were pleasant and knowledgeable and were willing to beat competitor's price quotes. They also were willing to sell me an upgraded model at approximately the same price as that quoted for the base model.
