Absolutely awful

We've purchased multiple cars from Marchese. When we return them, they have TWICE NOW, failed to pay the final payment on the lease they promised to pay. Both times, they completely screwed up credit scores. The second time, however, Brian felt the need to provide us with his idea of helpful advice, as we were trying to refinance-his advice: that this error wasn't a big deal, because interest rates would stay low. His advice was very much unappreciated, as was the flippant attitude of the company's dealings with this situation. We had to chase them down to have this rectified and they acted as though we were a bother to THEM, after they demolished our credit. The credit score has STILL not recovered to what it was prior to Marchese's inability to follow through. Deeply disappointed and will certainly be spreading this far and wide. Times are tough enough without this company gambling with our finances. They should be ashamed of themselves. Also a note to anyone at Marchese if you read this: I can gladly provide all emails, should Marchese feel the need to say that any of this is untrue as a reply to this review. What you should really be doing, instead, is calling my husband and rectifying it further. Your efforts up to this point are abysmal.

"Thumbs Down for Brian Marchese with INTEGRITY ISSUES- A Horrific Outcome!

I was referred to Brian Marchese from a very good friend of mine who because of Brians self pittiness and behavior has now chosen to be an acquaintance with me. I wanted to order and purchase the new zr1 with the willingness to pay 3k over MSRP Brian asked and demanded for, and after leaving a few messages still never returned my calls until finally with permission of releasing his cell#,That Deal didnt work out , and lead to another deal where there was again another huge profit to be made and also didnt work out due to the contradicting & DECEITFUL business person he showed to be in the course of this action, not to mention Brians GREED, this review is not intended to characterize the dealership itself because the only communication was with Brian who showed me his split personalities with such enormous deceit and just turned out to become a horrific matter, A NIGHTMARE I WILL NEVER FORGET. I will just end this note that the beginning of a continuous loyal relationship turned out to be the End of one and will NEVER look to do business there ever nor recommend to the many people I know .Hopefully these honest and sincere words can embedd that every LOSS does count and being deceitful will get you the worst negativity you can ever imagine ! Having to make his office employee Tuedae Castillo write a review in back of a negative one just shows Brians INTEGRITY!! GOOD BYE MARCHESE....

Just bought our third car THIS YEAR from Marchese Chevrolet. Our sales Efrain Garcia and finance manager Chris are consummate professionals. Our family has really been treated " like family " at Marchese. We start with a phone call and literally conclude the deal and drive away the same day! I travel a distance to go there because of the treatment I receive from the switchboard operator up to and including the owner Larry Marchese,who is always available.

Bought my Equinox from them after tons of research. Not only were they the best price, but the employees were all so friendly and courteous. They were a little out of the way, but well worth the drive!!
