In the end we got a decent deal. They work by phone and will not really respond to email except with an automated response requesting that you call them. This is a high volume Volvo dealership and they are about volume, not greasing themselves on one deal, so we got to their "bottom line" lease offer very quickly over the phone (I requested and was provided all numbers over the phone (money factor, residual value etc). We only showed up to make deposit and then pick up the car three days later. Gene S. is their internet sales guy -- he's ok, not great, but not dishonest either.
