Dear Friends, I am mr ikechukwu achodo and I am from long island, I have been looking for a car to buy for more than six months now and I didn't find a good one until I come to queens auto sales. they are one of the best dealership in long island and they have all kind of cars and they very good in helping the people to buy the car of their dreams. I buy a car from them three months ago from and the have good deals for people who are look for second hand cars and their cars are very clean . I will advise any body who want to buy a car to visit queens auto sales for any kind of cars their want. they have the best prices in new York so you can call them or visit their dealership for test driving. Unethical and shady at best, criminal at worst

Do not buy a car here. They are shady fast-talking [non-permissible content removed] used car dealers. I bought an Infiniti G37 from them over a year ago, had a bad experience across literally every aspect of the deal - they talked to me like crap at first, made all kinds of misrepresentations and never made good on fixing all kinds of things on the car aesthetically before delivery. They talked me into taking the car and coming back to get the things that they committed to, only for them to hold the car for over a week and do nothing. Then when I showed up to pick it up they had some [non-permissible content removed] in the back throw touch up paint on the fender in the dark. It was truly insulting and pathetic. Even so, I took the car and enjoyed it for a year as it was a great vehicle in good condition - i'll at least give them credit for finding decent cars to sell. Now, I recently traded that car into the Land Rover of Manhattan only to find out from them this week that some bank I never heard of claims there is an unpaid lien on the vehicle. I let these people at Queens Auto Sales handle the financing and I went home thinking that I financed through M&T Bank and paid them all year, only to find out now, that [non-permissible content removed] did some dirty dealings. Land Rover is working with me to figure it out all the way, and [non-permissible content removed] are about to get a rude awakening from the State, BBB, and possibly action from other parties. Seriously, do not buy here. There are no shortage of used car dealers, there is no reason to deal with these kind of people.

I purchase my car on October 7th of this year I purchase a 2008 Mercedes-Benz ML 350. I contacted Malrin the general manager on November 19 regrading the defected Manifold. It took a week for Malrin to make an appointment for my car to get services. Finally on Dec 3rd I was told to drop my car off the Richard and it took 2 weeks to get a respond back if the extended warranty will cover the part. I was told by the extended warranty company that my contract was never submitted and I'm intiled to a refund. Once again I called Malrin and he said since your car is not covered under the extended warranty he was willing to help me out by me coming up with half the repair cost of $600 and the dealership will pay the other half. On the 3rd week after trying to contact the owner, any manager, I finally was able to talk to Christine. At first she appear that she was willing to help and was very concerned she also started dodging my calls. And I was referred back to Marline. Marlin once again said I had to pay $600 to get my car repaired if not my car will be put out on the street. Let me remind everyone I had my car less than 60 days. I have possession of my car for less than 30 days. Please please do not purchase a car from this company .

I wish I could choose no stars. I bought a car from there 2 years ago, once again a bait and switch with the price. I get there after a 7 hour drive, only to find out that the price is increased by $3,500 because the car is "certified". This made me very upset but after driving 7 hours I just wanted a new car. I told them a week in advance on when I was coming down because I wanted the sale to go smoothly, seeing that I only get one day off, arrived to the dealership and the car wasn't even cleaned. They mysteriously lost my finance paperwork, which had to be re-done. It doesn't stop there though. So after all this I should've saw the DO NOT BUY FROM THEM sign a long time ago, but went on with the purchase. I had bad credit, and needed a car. <- This was the ONLY good thing about them. They could probably get a dead person approved. Anyways, after the purchase, which took 6 hours to do, I start my 7 hour journey back. As im pulling out of the dealership I notice my inspection isn't there. Backed the car up, went in to talk to the "manager" and he said that I couldn't get an inspection because everyone went home and that he was closing up. I think I started to laugh at him and left. On my way home, check engine light came on halfway through my trip. I shake my head in disbelief as if this day cant get any worse, pull into an advanced auto. The guy comes out and scans the code, low transmission fluid. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I guess that's what I get for not getting an inspection. So I eventually get home and praise god that I made it home safely. Car ran fine and was in good condition besides the low tranny fluid. The next day, I go to get my "new car" inspected and it doesn't pass. Guy tells me that the tread on the tires are too low to pass. I call the dealership to speak with someone, as soon as they can tell you they are upset, everyone becomes unavailable or they hang up on you. So by my sixth call, I reach a manager. I explain how I bought the car yesterday and that I went to get an inspection today and it didn't pass. I tell him the reasons why it didn't pass, he tells me that cant be possible and that it was my fault for leaving with the bald tires. I hang up and try to cool down but nothing would have. When I called back, I didn't use the best of words, but I got my point through. Eventually the manager said that he would pay for the tires but for me to purchase them and he would send me a check. I obliged, but once again decided to take it in the back door again from this dealership. No check ever arrived and every time I called for the next two months I was ignored or hung up on. I finally got through to the manager again and he apologized for the wait time and said he got side-tracked. Just when you think the story is going to end, nope. I get pulled over 6 months later and the car isn't registered. They never sent over my information to the dmv. Car wasn't even in my name. I get ticketed for no registration because I still had the temporary sticker in my window from the dealership. All in all, if you need to get financed and have bad credit, they'll get you approved. But if it were me all over again, I would of never went and preferred to keep my older car or even rode a bike. Its a migraine to go through them, especially with all the problems.

Do not go here - Sleezy business

Total Rip off. Came in from the city since they have nice cars. They would not let me test drive the cars, they were rude and sleezy as can be. I spent 5 hours there and then at the end they tried to add an additional $3000 to the price.

I'm buying my first car here with Mr. Bah. He is an excellent salesman and has walked me through the whole process. I did my research online before coming in so I knew what I wanted already. I just called ahead of time to make sure the car was available, which it was, and came in. At first the car needed a jump but they had a portable car charger they used just while I was test driving it. After the test drive I went in, got my insurance and paperwork straightened out, and in the meantime they had someone cleaning the car and putting a new battery in. My experience so far has been good

Dishonest and scam auto mall Dear Reader, the moment my nightmare started was when I signed the documents at Queen Auto Sale. Being a dishonest dealer, they started to play games with me when I went back the following week to get my promised repairs done. I had inspected the vehicle and noted that there were a few issues that needed to be fixed and the salesman, Afredo (who was very polite at the time), agreed to fulfill my requests. I wanted assurance of the repairs before signing the purchasing documents, while in the office ,Joe the financing manager and their mechanic, Guam again firmly and sincerely promised that they will honor these repairs upon my next visit. Instead, they gave various excuses every trip I made to Queen Auto Sale, and advised me to come back the next week. I tried calling ahead of time, but I was placed on hold for a very long time and was unable to reach Afredo, Guam, or Joe. Overall, this was the worst experience and I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. In fact, because of how well my initial visit to the dealership went, I was about to refer a friend of mine, but after this incident, I am glad I didn't. Finally I gave up pursuing the matter as it cost me a lot of money, in tolls and gasoline, and time after so many weeks. I would advise any potential buyer against going to Queen Auto Sales.

I went to go look for a nice and affordable bmw that i really wanted and mr Bah was extremely helpfull. He understood that i was a college student and that i couldnt put any down payment and he still worked with my budget and got me my car that i dreamed of. Everyone that works here is extremely helpfull. They are very kind, very offering, and generous. If you are looking for beautiful and non expensive cars go to Queens Auto sales in elmhurst ny!!!!!!!! I promise you wont regret it.

Overall a good experience. My first car purchase. The finance manager, Jay, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The saleswoman, Janin, was new and didn't know the entire process, but helped as best as she could.

My mother got the car!! The processes was long, but they did everything they could to help us. The condition of the cars were good. They seem honest and stood by their products. Somethings needed to be explained a little better in the beginning. However, in the end, they were willing to re-explain everything we didn't catch.

Worst car buying experience in my 41 years. One star is being way too generous. I was lied to about my warranty coverage by Emeron in Finance and had to go back twice due to a mechanical malfunction error that should've been rectified by their "thorough pre certification process". Buyers be VERY aware and find another dealership that has ethics and knowledgeable staff. No customer service either. If you call, you'll likely get hung up on.
