IF YOU CARE ABOUT BUYING A CAR DO NOT GO THERE, BECAUSE THEY DON’T CARE!!!!
Written by CristianeT on 11/21/2013
Horrible!!!! The worst experience ever!!! My godfather and I have missed work and spent most of the day in traffic driving from Pennsylvania to Bronx, NY to what I thought it would be one of the most exciting days of my life. Well, for the past two weeks we have been contacting Peter C., one of the sales person of Teddy Nissan, in hope to purchase a 2012 Nissan Altima. We have been told that the title and some other paperwork were not ready so they could not sell the car at that time. However, as a recommendation of Peter C. and his team we put down part of the money to save the car, so no one else could buy the car and we would have guarantee that the car would not be sold to another customer. Peter C. have contacted my godfather yesterday saying that the car title was ready and the car was ready for pick up. So we decided to go this morning and pick up the car. Today November 20, 2013- I was very excited, of course I was going to buy my first car, and that was a big deal! So first thing in the morning I called the salesman to inform him that my godfather and I were going to drive from PA to NY to get the car. Two hours and a half after that we were at Teddy Nissan Dealership in Bronx. We met with Peter C. that said “I have to inform you that they have sold your car.” We were shocked! What was he talking about? We put a deposit down to secure the car, and we drove two hours and a half for what? Then C. informed us that they would sell us another car for the same price that they have promised at first, a car with the same features and the same year as the one before. However, the manager told him that he would not sell us any car for the same price. C. then told us to try to talk with the manager Gabriel Sa., which was extremely rude, telling us that he could not do anything about the teams’ mistake. He told us that he knew that was a mistake, but he was not going to do anything about it, telling us to SUE the business if we were not satisfied. He further said for us to leave and to bill him the hours we have lost for being out of work, affirming that he could and would NOT do anything about his and his team mistakes. I mean, how can business like that still be running? The point is that we have put money down to save the car and they sold it, plus they let us drive all the way there to let us know that they sold the car and they could not do anything about it. And how can a manager do NOTHING, when I say nothing it was absolutely ANYTHING, to make the customer happy. Gabriel S. stood there and asked us to leave, by cursing us and by telling that he did not care if they sold the car or not. CURSING THE CUSTOMER. It is unbelievable! It is so upsetting and frustrating. Horrible experience! I felt like it was a joke and definitely the worst experience I have dealt in my life. I am totally discouraged to deal with Nissan dealerships because of The GM Gabriel S. and his team unprofessionalism. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY!!!
