My father has been looking for a Silverado for quite some time. After losing quite a few trucks, I came to this dealership immediately. When I walked in, Brad knew who I was, grabbed the keys off his desk and proceeded to walk us out to look at the vehicle. My father wound up purchasing the truck. At no point during the transaction was Brad pushy. He remained cordial and did the best he could to make the sale of the truck fair for everyone involved.

Ordered a 2016 Flex with Brewster Ford. Worked with Rick Kling by email on exactly what we wanted. Order came in last week, and we stopped by this weekend to settle up and take delivery. It was a stress free buying process with Kevin Panepinto and Landon, his finance guy. Handled everything for us with absolutely no issues. We are very happy with our new car

To say this is the absolute best experience I had buying a car would be the least. This was my first time buying a ford and I am thankful to Brad Stans for making it all happen. I purchased my ford mustang from brad in may of 2015. I went in knowing that I wanted a mustang but not really even aware if it was going to be affordable or even able to happen. Lets put it this way.. the same morning I walked in inquiring about a mustang- was the same evening Brad had me driving it home. Brad was patient, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful during all steps of the car buying process. He took the time and made sure the car insurance would be affordable for me, as well as working with me on the price of the car. upon leaving that day with my dream car, brad said "you can always call me if you ever have any problems." He really meant that. Anytime I had a question or ran into any dilemma related to the car/servicing, etc- brad made sure he answered the phone or called me back as soon as he could. It was never a headache trying to get in touch with someone at ford, unlike it has been at other car dealerships ive been to throughout my driving years. a few months ago I ran into a problem with my thermometer in my car. As a girl , knowing that I love cars but also knowing that I don't know much about the mechanical aspect, I called Brad. Brad made sure my ford was towed to the right place immediately. He gave me a loaner ford to drive until my car was all set. He kept me informed daily about the status of my car and had it returned to me in a few days as good as knew. Brad is one of the most efficient car salesman I have ever met I must say. He does his job well and not many can attest to that. Because of the experience I had buying my car from Brad, I cant say ill ever trust getting this kind of service anywhere else. #GOSEEBRAD

I was in the market for a mid-size SUV and one of my choices was a Ford Explorer. I checked their inventory online and called the to inquire if it was still in stock and that I wanted to come by. I pulled up to the dealership and met the salesperson I had spoken with. He took the liberty of pulling the vehicle I called about to the front, right away offered a test drive and then gave a brief over-view of the vehicle. Landon was very laid back and never put pressure on me to commit to the vehicle. After my questions were answered (very well and thorough by the way) I expressed interest in the vehicle but wasn't ready for my final decision. The next day, I decided to return to "run the numbers" for the vehicle. I met Pete who was the finance manager and was very open and no nonsense. I was never asked to leave a deposit or for any money to hold the vehicle while I made my decision. I did not have to create any bill of sale or any such thing for the finance manager to work with me. This is completely opposite to every single experience I've had purchasing vehicles. Every other dealership was worried about money up front and creating a bill of sale before they would even entertain me obtaining my actual costs of the vehicle. On the third day, I showed up and said I was ready and got my vehicle the same day (earlier than promised too). Another Ford dealer only cared on my first visit and when I had returned seemed to not want to be bothered. Kudos to Brewster Ford, they held the vehicle from my initial interest until I made my decision. Thank you Landon and Pete for giving me the time I needed as well as comfort throughout my process.

Brewster Ford is the best ford dealership in the area. We have made four purchases there (one used; three new). The entire process is very smooth and organized. Our sales rep, Greg St. John was very organized, knowledgeable, and helpful in assisting with the purchase. Each experience we have had there has been very positive. I would highly recommend Brewster Ford to everyone. We have been loyal customers since 2006 and fully intend on making future purchases at Brewster Ford.

A Good Experience with Helpful Gary Vorhees

I went to this dealership, which is not the closest to me, after reading positive reviews on-line about this dealership and Gary Vorhees, among others. While it took a while for me to decide on the exact car, Gary worked hard to find what I wanted and to put me into the most car for my hard-earned money while never pressuring or making me feel nervous or harassed. He's just a nice person selling cars who does so with pride and enthusiasm. I would not hesitate to recommend Gary Vorhees and Brewster Ford to anyone.

We traveled from Brooklyn to Brewster to find a no-nonsense dealership. Gary Voorhees and the team absolutely fit the bill. We got the car we wanted -- a Ford Fiesta -- at the price we wanted, with no pressure or upselling. If you live in NYC and you'd like an alternative to our local Ford dealerships, taking the Metro North to Brewster Ford is an outstanding option.
