onI made a deal with them with a promise to finish all the remaining terms on my lease to get a new vehicle. At first I was hesitant but they tried to make both ends meet for them to make money at my expense and at the same time get the car I want. So the day came we swapped cars. After a few months I was billed for the the car that's already in their possession. Later did I realized that I was fooled big time that the remaining balance on the car that is already in their possession will be handled my me.
For those who want to trade in their lease cars for star Nissan of bayside, don't ever consider don't ever think about it. I should have listened to warnings made by other customers. Too late for that. I was fooled. The manager couldn't do anything, the dealer was so unprofessional, rude. This is the worst deal I've ever made. This is a warning for those who wish try to make a deal with Star Nissan of Bayside.

My name is Christine Mangione and as the Customer Service Manager here at Star Nissan I never want to hear that one of our customers had a less than excellent experience. It is a common occurrence at our dealership to take in vehicles coming off lease and make any remaining payments. As long as this was negotiated as part of your deal there's no reason why we wouldn't have made them.
