Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

My car shut down while I was driving and didnt turn on again. The tow truck took it to the Bayside dealer's service shop for repair and I had to pay $200.00 for a dianostic otherwise they wouldnt take the car. They told me my car was going to be repair the next day, and if I needed a loaner I had to pay a $150.00 per day. They didnt fix it the next day, so I called on the 3rd day to find out when can I take my car back?? but they couldnt give me an answer. They told me it was being repair but I didnt believe them, so I went to see what was going on. I found my car parked on the street without being repaired, I asked the manager why he lied and they couldnt answer. I stayed the whole day waiting to make sure my car gets checked ($200 diagnostic) and then get fixed. After diagnostic they told me they needed to order a FUEL PUMP (which costs $350) and piece will arrive in another day. After fuel pump arrive and was changed, the car didnt start. It didnt work and they wanted to charge me for another diagnostic. One of the mechanics there told me thats how they make their money and its probably something simple but unless I agreed to pay for another diagnostic they wouldnt fix it. I took my car out of there (I paid for another tow truck) and brought it back to my house. The same mechanic who shared the above information offered to come to my house and fix my jeep only if I pay him $350.00 I declined his offer because Ive had enough of them. My neighbor refered me to her mechanic who came to my house and checked my jeep and for $50.00 solved the problem. He told me it was not the FUEL PUMP but some cables that came lose. I spent all that money for something my Jeep didnt need.
