A great service experience

onI just purchased a 2011 550xi GT with 20k miles and brought it in for Dinan Stage 2, NYS inspection and a general look over. Everything went very well. Keith in parts did a great job educating me on Dinan ST2 and then handed me off to Rick. Rick made sure that the service foreman looked over my car and we were able to address some other issues. I replaced the front tires because they were the wrong size and BMW took care of a few items that were covered under the normal maintenance/service warranty. To my surprise, the dealership's price for the tire replacement was very competitive. Since taking my car home, I have had follow up from Keith in parts, Rick in service and a customer service person to see if everything is okay. Wow!
