Excellent Experience!!

From the minute I contacted the dealership, it's been a positive experience. Phil Hunn listened to what we were looking for and quickly got back to us with several quotes on different vehicles that fit our needs. I had already received a quote from another GM dealership for an Equinox and to my surprise, the Simmons-Rockwell quote was substantially lower. From the beginning, Phil was up front with what he could do for us and when it came time to crunch the final numbers and make a decision, Phil was able to find another incentive that he was able to pass on to the town and save us another $500.00. I can't say enough about Phil Hunn, the professionalism and service that he provided as well as the dealership in general. This experience truly was hassle free and I wouldn't hesitate to come to Simmons-Rockwell again for another vehicle.

OMIGOSH! These guys are the BEST! I was a nervous wreck going into this but Jim Hennessy and crew made my car buying experience the best! They were helpful, knowledgable, and worked with me to get a great deal. I have been recommending them to everyone. If you're looking for personable, honest and fair these are the guys to go see! New Truck!

My son & I came with a goal. He wanted a new truck after working hard for over a year to make it happen. He went with a 2014 GMC Sierra after our awesome salesman, Greg H, took the time to show us several makes/models. Greg was very helpful and supportive. It was a long day but Simmons Rockwell made it well worth the time. Very happy with purchase & overall experience!

My new Cruze.

I first went to Simmons Rockwell in Big Flats and found a used but new 2014 Chevy Cruze LT with 9,000 miles on it. It was a previous rental car. My wife and I fell in love with it and asked the salesmen about it. After he checked and looked at are credit score he said the only thing he could do was put us in a older vehicle with more miles. Discouraged we left and went home. My uncle then took us to your Bath location the next day and talked to Emmett C, who he has bought all his vehicles threw. Emmit said right away I can get you in a brand new Cruze with the payments you are looking for. He was more then helpful showing us a few different color choices we went with the white one. Emmit was very professional and helpful along with everyone at the Bath location. I will purchase all my cars from now on threw him. Thank you.

Our sales person Emmitt C. was wonderful. He showed us several vehicles trying to find the best fit for our family. Made sure every detail of what we wanted was addressed. He also went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, knew we all the departments were and stayed entertained during our day long vehicle purchase.
