Great Dealership

My experience with Otto has always been excellent. From service to now, purchase, there has never been a problem. All the employees have always been great. Brian May has always been a great help to me. Steve LeMon was wonderful to deal with for the purchase of my ATS 2014. I have left other dealerships because of the lack of quality they have and returned to Otto for service for my other vehicles.

Alex Rogers was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Alex took his time to learn my needs and provide sufficient information so I could make a decision. I felt at ease because he was so helpful. Thru all the process, his advice was very low pressure and assertive. Overall he exceeded my expectations.

My salesman Steve was great. I have purchased many new vehicles and this was one of the best experiences yet. I would recommend Otto to all of my friends, relatives and co-workers. My finance experience was wonderful as well as my past service experience with my prior Cadillac here at Otto. All around wonderful experience for me @ Otto.

Our salesperson Steve LeMon was extremely helpful and courteous through the whole process. When we signed the paperwork he went through each document thoroughly and then took us out to the new SRX and explained all the features. He also followed up with us to see how we liked it and if there was any questions we may have.

Sales personnel were available, responsive, and well-informed about their products--also very helpful. Finance person was thorough, helpful, answered all of our questions, and got things done quickly. Having come to Cadillac from many years of BMW I was pleased and surprised with the car and very happy with the service.
