Out of town travelers needing service

My Son and I received "Best in Class" service from the DePaula service team lead by Mark R., here's our story. While traveling from Cleveland to Boston the "Check Engine" light came on in our 2012 Impala LT. We read the manual, checked the fuel cap and filled up with premium and drove for another 100 miles or so and the light remained on. Fearing a breakdown or damanging the engine we stopped at DePaula Chevrolet at 3:45 on a Friday afternoon. We were greated by Marc R., Production Manager, who noted we were from Ohio and understood we needed to get to Boston for my son's hockey tryout. He pull one of his Service Technicians, "Will" off of another job to check out our car. Will ran dianostics and advised we needed a component or the emissions system could be permanently damamged. Marc asked Will if he could replace the part at that moment so we could get back on the road. Within 40 minutes the part was repalaced, the car was washed, we were give the best directions on how to get back on the highway during rush hour and we were on our way to Boston. I was not expecting such, friendly, prompt and thorough service from a Chevrolet Dearlership, however it is clear that Depaula is the "Gold Standard" for customer service. My bet is that professional standard is pervasive through DePaula's entire business, from sales to parts and especially in service. We want to thank Marc, Will and the entire team at DePaula Chevrolet. You made our weekend! Warmest regards. - Mark
