They bought my 2011 Kia optima car for 2,500. Such a low price as a down payment for 2021 Kia K5. & Made me pay a $1,000 extra for the down payment. Thats 3,500 . A $1,000 more than what's was advertised; $2,500 to lease the car for 36,months. So where did that extra $1,000 go? & Now that I talked with them they got angry things got out of control and They Called the Police on me. And now I Can't go back to the property. No oil changes nothing. The Blonde manager lady told me "Haha now your Stuck with the car" . Worst Dealership I've Ever Encountered.

Fiesta Kia was very accommodating to my concerns about the purchase. The owner sounds like he really wants your experience to be a 10 and wants you to get the correct info when purchasing. The only “complaint” I have is when I was told to come back the next day to get a gas fill up . I left with a permanent marker mark over the door liner . They did clean it, but is still seen a bit.

After having bought a used Kia Sportage that blew the engine 7 months later the staff at Garcia Kia went above and beyond what I have ever seen at a dealership. First the service department spent weeks arguing with the after market warranty company trying to get them to cover the claim. When they reported back that it would most likely be covered but may take a few months of arguing with them. When I pointed out that I only had one vehicle and could not wait that long the service manager led me to the sales desk and asked for a miracle and a miracle is exactly what they delivered. After working 3-4 hours crunching numbers on every new and used car they had in the entire family of dealerships, and close to 10 test drives. I ended up leaving that night in a brand new car, right off the showroom floor. They even called me back in two weeks later to say they had gotten me an even better deal which lowered my payments by over $100 a month. A month later I stopped by to ask some questions and the salesman who had helped me saw me in the lot and asked me by name how everything was going. I was impressed to say the least. Walking through the service lane to get to the sales desk the service writer on duty also asked me by name how everything was going, and I was further shocked when both people at the managers desk called me by my name when I walked up. I would highly recommend Garcia Kia to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle and they will be my first stop next time I need to purchase a vehicle.

The young gal that sold me the vehicle came out on the windiest day of the year and walked around with me. Let me test drive several and was pleasant and helpful the whole time, even tho she looked like she was freezing. I took my new KIA in for service this last week and everyone in the service dept. was equally as pleasant and helpful.
