Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was first-rate, starting with my sales consultant, Alan Engert. He went out of his way to explain everything clearly to me and to accommodate my needs. When I told him I had transportation issues in getting to Paul Miller Toyota, he even came to my house to pick me up and drive me there.

I can't thank Alan Engert enough. This is the second car that I bought from him and he is a pleasure to work with. No pressure. He sent me emails once a week to let me know the status of the car I purchased. I've been buying Toyotas at Paul Miller (formerly Caldwell Toyota) for over 35 years and keep going back. That says a lot.

I worked with Cathy and Jose in the online sales team and had a wonderful experience. I’m the kind of person who researches my purchases and still asks a ton of questions. Cathy and Jose were very patient and willing to answer all my questions. I never felt pressured, but was clear that they wanted me as a customer. When I decided to buy a car, they even stayed late for me because my work schedule didn’t allow me to come during business hours. I’m very happy with the final price and the car that i bought - a Prius Prime, Limited … love it!

Jim went above and beyond to assure me that all of my needs were met, questions were answered and experience in driving the car (post-sale) were met. I will not only deal with Paul Miller for future car purchase and service needs, but also Jim Valsor in particular. He was polite and not "pushy" - admittedly, I usually do not look forward to dealing with car salesman. If all salespeople were like Jim, both TOYOTA & Paul Miller would be exponentially more successful. Easy purchase

Did my research on type of car. They had it in stock at a mileage that was unbelievable. Walked in at 9am and was out by 11am. Its that easy. Lets see if they follow through with their promises. In the end walked out pleased with the car of choice.
