Great truck buying experience

Gary was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and did so in a way that I felt was ‘real’. When I returned the next day to purchase the truck, it was done in an efficient manner and without any games. I am very happy with the way it went. I dislike buying cars as the process can be so deceitful. That was not the case at Seabreeze.

A light went on on my dash concerning my engine coolant on Sunday night. I called Sea Breeze on Monday morning and they took my car in right away. I used a loaner because they wanted to check for a leak and the car needed to be a the shop overnight. They found a tiny leak and my car was fixed and returned to me the next day around noon. I was very satisfied with the service and care I received from Sea Breeze.

Never said I could walk away with a temp registration in new Jersey Jersey register on my own in pa and get the plate in hand. Instead im still waiting weeks later, wanting to get my vehicle inspected. 150 dollars to register my vehicle in pa yet im charged 300 from this dealer, disgrace

2018 Ford Explorer lease

This is my 4th car from sea breeze. Worked with Kevin for the second time and once again had a hassle free quick and painless experience. I am super busy working full time with a toddler and a baby on the way. I had a current lease that we were about to outgrow with the new baby arriving shortly. Kevin was able to get me the best deal and get us into a beautiful new explorer lease. I came from a BMW so I was not trying to give up certain luxuries and was surprised to find the new explorer exceeded my expectation offering even more than the BMW. I highly recommend sea breeze as well as the new explorer! We will be back again.

Mediocre Experience

I honestly felt like the sales person didnt really care about selling me a truck. I think he was more concerned with leaving early. I think I didnt get a fair price and when I went to get the bed liner installed there was no loaner car for me which is what was communicated to me at purchase. They luckily found me a loaner so I could get to work. The loaner received had less than 1/8th of a tank of gas in it- I work a mile away and wasnt sure if I could make it there and back. I told the service people there that there was no gas in the car and the response I got was “well no one fills them up so they have no gas in them” It seems like no one there really cares about customer service. My family has bought 4-5 cars from this company (albeit their jeep location) and I feel that a reasonable price with good service should be expected. I certainly feel let down. On the bright side they installed the bed liner quickly.

Originally we came to SeaBreeze for the service department when we moved into the area. We have now purchased our second Ford Explorer there, and both times have enjoyed the experience. The sales staff listens well, very concerned about what we wanted and helping us find the perfect car. Funny, smart, happy, attentive, great atmosphere, the team always works together to deliver for the customer. Definitely a 5 star all around dealer!
