All in all, the experience with this dealer was better than I expected. Excellent follow-up from an internet inquiry, then very good service for my sales rep, Dwayne Jones. No pressure. I was able to negotiate a price LOWER than the internet promotion and also extra years and miles onto the standard Maintainence plan. The final closing was equally pressure free. Salesman and Service techs spent an enormous amount of time with me reviewing every feature of the care and feeding, and answered my questions about routine maintanence, best practices for breaking in the new engine, etc. And I love the truck! Prior to Ramsey, I had shopped another Nissan dealer, Toyota, GMC, Ford. But these guys really won me over.
