WASTE OF TIME

on1 star only because it's the lowest possible and can't give a 0 rating! Wasted 16 days on a car to have it sold from under my nose after agreeing to a price! After the "managers" said they wouldn't budge $1200 on a car price to make a deal, they lowered the list price $3000 less than two weeks later! When I spoke to the internet sales girl again and mentioned I'm interested in the car at that price but just wanted a few additional pictures and some questions answered since I'm out of state and need to do my due diligence before traveling to buy the car... I kept getting pushed off and delayed due to "rain" and whatever else. The next day she was off and asked me to contact the "sales manager" who I called 3 times, left 2 voicemails, 1 message with the front desk, and emailed all from 10 am to 4 pm... yet NEVER received any calls or emails back. The following morning (day 3 after agreeing to the new price and clarifying I'm ready to leave a deposit once I receive those few requests), I spoke to the sales girl again who is now giving me a different price- $2900 higher for tires and who knows what else they claim! 3-4 hours pass as I'm still waiting on those pictures then I get a call from a salesman who confirms she was misinformed and the price is the original one we agreed to. Still told him I need those few pictures after he answered a couple simple questions the other girl couldn't, and told him I'm ready to leave a deposit once I receive them. An hour later, I get the pictures and told the girl I'll be contacting the salesman shortly to leave a deposit and get paperwork ready so I can work on travel arrangements, insurance, financing, etc. Not even an hour after that, I get a text telling me sorry we sold the car! Are you kidding me?! When I try to reach the salesman, he's conveniently left for the night. Same with the general manager, who I emailed in detail that same night but (just like the sales manager) NEVER returned my call or email or even acknowledge it. Apparently customer service and business ethics aren't a priority at this dealership.
