Great attention to detail

Just needed to leave a review as a thank you for the excellent service and purchase experience this week. Chuck took fabulous care of us we picked up a new Q7. Answered every question patiently and had a passion for all the different features. We will definitely be by here again in the future

AWFUL PURCHASE EXPERIENCE

Dont even deserve a star. They are terrible & insane. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Bought a vehicle and they did not process my title until I had to hire an attorney and complain to NJ Consumer Bureau for fraud.They gave me a run around for 15 days. George Roupas didn't even care to return phone calls or emails. Ever if you buy a vehicle don't give them full amount until you get your title from them.

WASTE OF TIME

1 star only because it's the lowest possible and can't give a 0 rating! Wasted 16 days on a car to have it sold from under my nose after agreeing to a price! After the "managers" said they wouldn't budge $1200 on a car price to make a deal, they lowered the list price $3000 less than two weeks later! When I spoke to the internet sales girl again and mentioned I'm interested in the car at that price but just wanted a few additional pictures and some questions answered since I'm out of state and need to do my due diligence before traveling to buy the car... I kept getting pushed off and delayed due to "rain" and whatever else. The next day she was off and asked me to contact the "sales manager" who I called 3 times, left 2 voicemails, 1 message with the front desk, and emailed all from 10 am to 4 pm... yet NEVER received any calls or emails back. The following morning (day 3 after agreeing to the new price and clarifying I'm ready to leave a deposit once I receive those few requests), I spoke to the sales girl again who is now giving me a different price- $2900 higher for tires and who knows what else they claim! 3-4 hours pass as I'm still waiting on those pictures then I get a call from a salesman who confirms she was misinformed and the price is the original one we agreed to. Still told him I need those few pictures after he answered a couple simple questions the other girl couldn't, and told him I'm ready to leave a deposit once I receive them. An hour later, I get the pictures and told the girl I'll be contacting the salesman shortly to leave a deposit and get paperwork ready so I can work on travel arrangements, insurance, financing, etc. Not even an hour after that, I get a text telling me sorry we sold the car! Are you kidding me?! When I try to reach the salesman, he's conveniently left for the night. Same with the general manager, who I emailed in detail that same night but (just like the sales manager) NEVER returned my call or email or even acknowledge it. Apparently customer service and business ethics aren't a priority at this dealership.

Waste of time

Went to look at a vehicle that was advertised online and somehow they lost it . No one seemed concerned on finding it me and my husband drove around for an hour looking for it and stl didn't find it. Next day sales manager called and said they still couldn't find it and he would look later he then called back and said it was wholesaled. The funny thing is they had the keys in their hand the night before a lost car and no one cared. A big waste of our time and gas!!!!!

Overall Great Experience

Had a great overall experience. Purchased at a CPO S6 at a price that was $5k below what I had seen at any other dealer. Also received a very fair price on my trade. Car was in brand new condition despite having 30K miles and the Turnersvile folks made it perfect. Salesman Harry Goldberg was very pleasant to deal with and low pressure - my only critique is that he could have been a bit more diligent in some of the details of the sales process. The manager George was very fair and absorbed the cost of a mistake made in my final quote. I would definitely consider buying my next car here. And as for the S6, wow what a car!

Sold car with bad motor

Sales dept sold me used car with bad motor.Car seemed okay at first but started having problems within 2 weeks. They repaired the same problem 3 times temporarily and would not return my money when I complained.In 2 months motor was no good and I was stuck with lemon.
