Rush through the process and skip steps along the way

DON’T trade in competitive vehicles. They rush me through the process to get me in a Nissan and did not check with my existing car manufacture for the payoff amount and left me with a $640 bill. They then found it convenient to blame my dealership when they have the same payoff policies.
