Route 46 Nissan

I purchased my 2015 Nissan Rogue from them and my overall experience was horrid. We purchased the car in september of 2014 and we werent able to get our plates until december 2014. Over 3 months and a half in total from the moment we purchased and signed the paper until we got our car. The client service is inexistent. They have been rude, not replying to calls, promsing things and not keeping their word. A overall awful experience. For a car that is close to 35K you would expect more. We have been promised a payment of the first couple of installments and we are still waiting on them . We even got reported for nonpayment due to them actively affecting our credit score. From the floor manager to the customer service manager we had no help whatsoever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
