Terrible New Car Purchase Experience

onThey messed up the process of getting my permanent registration prior to the 30-day expiration period of my temporary registration. This left me without a valid registration, and it stranded me out of state for two weeks. They ignored all of my calls to ask for their help to fix this. I had to get a NJ MVC Investigator to go there to get them to act. To top it off, when the NJ investigator asked them why they were ignoring me, they said it was because I hired a lawyer, but they started to ignore me for weeks before I got a lawyer involved. They did not pay off the lease on my trade-in until 20 days after the trade-in. This caused the leasing company to start charging me late fees on my lease account and to warn me about possible collection notices. The dealership unilaterally changed my lease agreement after it was signed and never informed me of the change. They corrected an error they mad in the lease which lowered my lease payment by a few dollars. Still, they never sent me an amended lease, or a letter documenting the amendment. The dealership provided misleading information about the terms of my lease during the negotiation process. When I requested to see the lease agreement before signing it, I was told it couldn’t be printed out until it was finalized and signed. In the weeks that followed, they refused to answer my follow up questions about the signed lease. Overall, it was a nightmare dealing with them and their employees in the Sales Department and Administration Department. They just didn’t care to provide help. Finally, after six weeks of torture, I was able to get the General Manager involved and he worked to resolve their mess-ups. Still, it didn’t make up for the torture they put me through. I would stay away from this dealer, especially my salesman (Doug). I don’t think he would recognize the truth if it slapped him in the face.

onShould have heeded the bad reviews on this place. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! All they care about is the sale. They sold us a used car that never should have been offered for sale. We pointed out an issue with the coolant reservoir when we looked at the car and instead of doing the repair or letting us know that there was an issue so we could make an informed decision said that it wasn't an issue just an oversite. Became an issue within the week of purchase with a radiator leak. Now, six weeks after purchase, find out that there is rust eating through the braking system of the car not to mention most of the underside components of the car. They charge $2,000 for preparation for sale but I don't know what they do because if they had a competent individual looking at the car, they would have seen the issues once the car was up on a lift.

onVery incompetent staff and total lack of customer service. Purchased my car off lease in August and dealership still (October 2022) has not delivered the title, as required by law. Do NOT do business with them. Total fraud.

onSave your time and do not even consider this dealership. They say they are all about customer service but it’s clear that is a complete lie. They sell lemons to people including me and then don’t want to do anything about it. If anyone wants to know more info about how bad their customer service is and how their sales team lies don’t hesitate to contact me.

onin this day you have to be transparent and be of high morals or get bad reviews ,, this dealership has a 1500 dealer prep/ internet fee that is not disclosed on autotrader at all!!! the management team argued with me that it doesnt not have to be disclosed, its normal and expected, , i ponted the add on my phone and asked where is this 1500 fee on a 8k car listed, no one could show me or offer a sorrry for wasting my familes time. they said "they dont control the autotrader add" well you should or not use them becasue now you have to deal with the fallout .stay away....
