I regrettably shopped at World VW of Neptune before coming to Shrewsbury and was treated like an idiot and unimportant. I decided to give Shrewsbury Volkswagen a shot and I am so happy that I did. I went from rude, pompous, and incoherent at World of Neptune to Nice, helpful, hardworking and honest at Shrewsbury VW. The salesman Bill helped me find the exact model and trim I was looking for, for the price I wanted to pay, and had it delivered from NY within a day. I also was pleasantly suprised that the Finance Manager was able to bring my APR down from 6.9% to 2.9% and was SO helpful in everything to do with money. They all answered any questions I had and did everything they could to win my business. I will definitely be a repeat buyer! Thanks Shrewsbury VW!
