onI recently had my oil changed at a local oil change place.
When I came out to my Civic the next morning there was oil all over my driveway.
Turns out the place where I took my car did not put the oil filter on properly and oil leaked out.
I was very upset.
I called Honda of Tenafly, where I had recently purchased my Civic.
they told me not to drive the car and had a flatbed truck pick it up.
When I got to Honda of Tenafly they fixed the problem.
They also informed me that my car did not even need an oil change yet. They also said it was not the first time they had a car towed in that had the oil filter installed wrong.
They also informed me that their oil changes were less expensive then what I paid at the other place, and their mechanics only work on Honda cars.
This made me feel very comfortable.
Ijust felt more comfortable going there.
They also have a great waiting area with free coffee.
