Everyone we dealt with in the purchase of our new Grand Cherokee was respectful and courteous. I felt that we were treated fairly and were able to negotiate a deal that was win-win for everyone. I hate buying cars and dealing with the games and while there was obviously some of that still, it was a much better experience than I have had at other dealerships. In particular, as a woman, many salesmen in the past have literally ignored me and only spoken to my husband. We worked with Sergio and he treated me equally and with respect. He listened to what I had to say. Overall a good experience.
