Horrible lease return experience

onI had a good experience leasing a car with this dealership until it was time to turn it in. When i returned the car I was sent a letter for a fabric stain charge and a scratch on the tire. I purchased insurance from the dealership to cover interior damage because I have 2 young kids. When I addressed this with Hyundai they directed me to the dealership. I have requested a copy of the lease agreement 3 times and I still have not received it and no one at the dealership wants anything to do with it. It showed me a lot about the true value of the service they brag about. It is not fair to the consumer to get charged for things and not have the right to question them. I would not recommend leasing with this dealership.
