DCH Paramus Honda

Just leased a new 2015 CRV. Sales rep Hamad Deeb is someone we have worked with before. As usual he did a great job in listening to our needs and helping us decide on the right vehicle for us. No hard sell, just good advice and honest negotiation that did not take long, which we very much appreciated, which ultimately resulted in a fair, reasonable, and affordable price. Hamad also did a great job in explaining the new changes to the model and showing us how things worked. F and I Manager John Medrano was also very helpful in explaining other details of the lease and even provided us with a complimentary tire protection. As long-time customers we appreciate the respect and service we receive from the DCH staff. The people at Paramus Honda go out of their way to be helpful. That includes everyone from the greeters to sales to finance to the service department. It is largely the reason why we keep going back.
