Came in with a straightforward problem, left with a huge issue

Came in with an unfortunate screw in my tire, had to get a new tire. Left with my truck drastically pulling to the side the tire was replaced. Went back, they rotated that tire to the other side, now truck pulls to that side. Went back again, and they never fixed it. This is for a brand new Ford Maverick, only 600 miles. Will never go back.

A relaxing experience!

I utilized the pickup and delivery service from All American Ford of Paramus for my latest maintenance on my 2018 Ford Escape. It was wonderful. My car needed new tires and a new battery. I called the Service Department a couple of days ahead of time, spoke to Pam and made an appointment for my service. They picked up my car from home, took it to their shop, performed all the necessary service and returned it to me later in the afternoon. I didn’t have to sit around the shop waiting. I was able to do whatever I needed to do in the meantime. It couldn’t have been any easier! They really put the “Service” in Service Department.
